Ticket Description
We ported our main number to PCS VoIP yesterday. Inbound calls work fine, but every outbound call fails instantly with a fast busy. Nothing changed on our handsets — can you help?

Outbound calling permissions were never provisioned on the new trunk after the port — CoreDial's class-of-service still blocks external dialing, producing an immediate fast busy.
Inbound works (DID is routed) while every outbound fails instantly — classic post-port COS / outbound-route gap.
